Talent Network
The discovery layer. It is how a player, creator or builder becomes visible to the people making decisions — through an open pool, scouting, trials and evaluation, rather than through who already knows them.
Esports organization
ZEVR is being built the way it intends to operate. Identity and membership already run on infrastructure the organization owns — governed, audited, and answerable to the people it records. Competition and contribution programs are not open yet. No clout gate. No follower minimum. The work will be the evidence.
Find your way inHow progression works
The organization is forming. Everything below is what exists today and what is being built next.
01Gates
You will join ZEVR through the thing you actually do, when that gate is open. The gates differ; the standard does not.
Players who want a roster, a season, and a record that follows them.
Trial, develop, and earn a place on a program. Evaluation is human, and the reasoning is written down.
Editors, designers, broadcasters, writers and analysts.
Build the organization's voice and its record. Creative work is contribution, credited as such.
Engineers and operators who would rather run the machine than watch it.
The systems underneath this site — identity, membership, competition — are the organization's own, and members build them.
Anyone who wants to be around the thing while it is being made.
The community is the front of the ladder, not a waiting room. Every other gate opens from inside it.
Applications open as each program forms. Being early is not a disadvantage here — the record starts when you do.
02Ascent
Two systems carry progression, and they are deliberately separate: one finds opportunity, the other records what you did with it.
The discovery layer. It is how a player, creator or builder becomes visible to the people making decisions — through an open pool, scouting, trials and evaluation, rather than through who already knows them.
The evidence layer. It records what you contributed, in context, with its provenance attached. It is explainable by design and it is read by people.
The Grind is not a score. There is no single number that ranks members against each other, and there will not be one. Nothing is automated into a decision about a person: selection, promotion and removal are made by people who have to give a reason, and that reason is part of the record.
03Arena
ZEVR is built to run several titles at once. It currently runs none, and says so.
First competitive programs forming.
NBA 2K is the first title being stood up, with others to follow as there are people to run them properly. When a program exists, this is where its roster, schedule and results will live — and not one day before.
ZEVR competes in titles published by other companies. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any of them.
04Summit
Standing at ZEVR is earned, recorded, and kept — including after someone leaves.
The record begins with the first member.
Achievements, championships and the Pantheon are held here. All of it is empty today, and it will fill one entry at a time, from things that actually happened.
History is not deleted. When someone leaves, their access ends and their record does not. Contribution, competition and standing survive departure, because an organization that erases people has nothing to remember.
